Maddy is fantastic at understanding people and helping them individually with whatever they need. In the context of MSCG, Maddy brings those skills combined with her project experience (like the MLB and Dolphins projects) to the table—making her an invaluable asset to the MSCG team. Maddy is working with Niran on the ASM Global project this semester where they are building an economic impact report for the major venues in downtown Grand Rapids.

Joey is a sophomore studying Sport Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Joey's top five strengths are Communication, Individualization, Arranger, Achiever, and Woo. Joey loves communicating and working with other people. He brings an infectious energy to every meeting that lightens the mood and makes everyone smile. Joey is working with Xincheng this semester creating the first ever "Good Sport Report" with Dr. Kathy Babiak in the U-M School of Kinesiology's Center for Sport and Social Responsibility—looking at philanthropic contributions of professional sport organizations.

Sam is a junior in Art and Design with a minor in Entrepreneurship. As the Creative Director, Sam is in charge of any graphics or visuals on social media, she designs MSCG merchandise and clothing, and assists in the general marketing of the group. Sam brings her unique skill set from Art and Design to the table—something that is irreplaceable in MSCG and the entire organization is grateful for her expertise.

As MSCG's Business Development Manager, Kanon manages things like website upkeep, professional development modules, and external partnerships with other companies. Kanon is an incredibly hard worker and often stands out just from her ability to exceed expectations on whatever task is front of her.

Going above and beyond in her commitment to MSCG, Maddy is also a Client Manager and was the Director of Talent Acquisition this semester in addition to being a Project Manager. Her leadership and communication skills are put to the test in both positions and she has done nothing but exceed the expectations put in front of her. Maddy is one of the hardest workers in MSCG and deserves every bit of praise that comes her way.
