Sam is incredibly organized and doesn't let details get missed. She is a great communicator and able to explain to people exactly what expectations are and how to meet them—perfect to translate from the client to our Analysts. Sam is working with Luke this semester on the Oak View Group project where they are analyzing assets, assisting in valuation, and building a marketing strategy.

Maddy is fantastic at understanding people and helping them individually with whatever they need. In the context of MSCG, Maddy brings those skills combined with her project experience (like the MLB and Dolphins projects) to the table—making her an invaluable asset to the MSCG team. Joey loves communicating and working with other people. He brings an infectious energy to every meeting that lightens the mood and makes everyone smile. Joey is working with Xincheng this semester creating the first ever "Good Sport Report" with Dr. Kathy Babiak in the U-M School of Kinesiology's Center for Sport and Social Responsibility—looking at philanthropic contributions of professional sport organizations.

Luke is a junior studying Sport Management with minors in Spanish and Real Estate. Luke's top five strengths are Maximizer, Significance, Harmony, Competition, and Consistency. Luke has a knack for being able to get the most out of people and being a very calm, cool, and collected leader—especially when presenting. It must be because he is our most experienced Project Manager (Intersport, MLB, OVG). Xincheng truly brings that analytical-thinking to the forefront in his project management where he looks at an issue from all sides and decides on a path forward. Xincheng is great at execution and is known for getting lots done in an incredibly short amount of time. Going above and beyond in her commitment to MSCG, Maddy is also a Client Manager and was the Director of Talent Acquisition this semester in addition to being a Project Manager. Her leadership and communication skills are put to the test in both positions and she has done nothing but exceed the expectations put in front of her. Maddy is one of the hardest workers in MSCG and deserves every bit of praise that comes her way.
